PHARMACY BOTTLE
South Bohemia, Buquoy Glassworks, 1st third of the 19th century
Pharmacy bottle made of black hyalite glass with slightly concave side walls, top cut into wide faces - including neck and stopper. White enamel painted inscription „AQ: AROMAT: SP:“ and painted branches tied with a bow. Due to the light impermeability, hyalite glass was often used for pharmacy bottles and was popular not only in the Czech lands.
Height 22,2 cm.
