Fragmental condition from p. 56, missing pages 85-87, 96, 112, 114, 199, 210, 291-292, 315-316, 330, 360-361, 372, 378, 397, 402-403, 408, 414-415, 432/433, 435, 444, 450, 463, 468-469, 473-474, 7 sheets of attachments and 1 sheet of index, p. 111 as a manuscript. The priest Václav Hájek from Libočany completed the manuscript in 1539. It describes Czech history from the beginnings to 1527. The great popularity of the work is evidenced by its early German translation, made for Prague edition of Mikuláš Pštros in 1596 by town scribe from Kadaň Jan Sandel.
