Copper engraving frontispiece with portrait of Václav Hájek z Libočan by J. Baltzer. Hardcover semi-parchment binding, spine with black letters. Issued by Johann Ferdinand Edlen von Schönfeld in Prague in 1780. The second part is dedicated to the description of the royal capital and residence city of Prague ("Beschreibung der königlichen Haupt- und Residenzstadt Prag"). The last part provides a description of all other Czech cities and landmarks, including a list of those that no longer exist. Additionally, it includes a chronological list of the most significant Czech nobles and an index. Some stains, affected by insects, overall good condition.
