ÜBERFANG CUP A JUG

Bohemia, 2nd third of the 19th century
Bell-shaped cup of colorless glass, overlaid with opaque white glass, cut ornamental décor that creates optical effects when viewed through the glass. Slightly conical jug of colorless glass, overlaid with opaque white glass, cut décor with vertical medallions. The central medallion on the front side is adorned with a colorful floral painting, while the remaining four are gilded with floral motifs. The rest of the surface is filled with delicate golden lines, gilded neck, colorless melted handle layered with opaque glass. H. 12 cm and 14 cm. Condition B. Glued handle.
