DAGGER
Late Gothic or early Renaissance dagger with blade in form of an ,,ox tongue", with etched verse inscription commemorating the obtaining the title of count of Ulrich von Bubenberg (1267-1293). Pierced fuller in shape of a fish and text: ,,A.R CV.SPII A." on the reverse "LIOBH.ST.". Two small marks (initials) on the blade. The blade is probably older than the rest of the dagger. Wooden handle covered with twine. Inscription on the blade "Frieh her un mich Ulrich un dich/ bist du mein ja bin ich dein /me, Ulbrich gruf(graf) von Bubenberg 1306". Total length 51 cm, length of blade 33 cm.
