BRNO GOBLET

So called Goblet of Brno, younger type on stem. Ceramic late Gothic cup produced from the turn of the 14th century until the 16th century. This type of goblets is found in Moravia, in the Czech part of Silesia and also in Austria. The color of ceramic is grey, the stem is hollow and wider downwards. Decorated with simple grooving. The ceramic was fired with high temperature and is very hard. Height 19 cm. Condition corresponding to the age.
