We gladly present you a new publication mapping the collection of art photographer Alexander Skalický. A unique man who was prevented from completing his fine arts studies at the academy by the established regime, however, despite all its efforts, this criminal regime failed to break his will and love for art, which gave him comfort and encouragement all his long life.

The story of a very famous face of an unknown girl who drowned in the Seine and whose body the river released just a few meters from the Louvre. During her life, the girl was unknown, after her death she became a Parisian celebrity of the nascent twentieth century.
