Statuette of an old woman bearing wood on her back, accompanied with a goat and kid, white glazed ceramics. Designed by Rudolf Hlavica and made by company Pexider in Letovice. Height 33 cm. Signed on plinth: „Rudolf Hlavica“, impressed mark „PEXIDER LETOVICE“. Condition B.

Rudolf Hlavica, sochař, bratr Emila a Františka Hlavicových, studoval na VŠUP v Praze u Š. Zálešáka, tvořil zejména podobizny z kovu a keramiky. Je autorem pomníku M. R. Štefánika v Zariečí na Slovensku či bronzové sochy Elektry v Přerově (1936).
