From the Triphorium of the St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague. Peter Parler`s Workshop. Published by Č. A. T. Prague 1943, 50 copies, copy No. 36. 5 vintage matte gelatin silver prints: Charles IV., Blanche of Valois, Anna of Bavaria, Anne von Schweidnitz, Elizabeth of Pomerania. Free sheets in original cover - 5 photographs + 1 introductory sheet with text. Each sheet is signed and dated in pencil, numbered by embossed Roman numerals "I-V". 312x249 mm (396x300 mm). Funke published separate albums of original signed photographs during his work on his famous book Pražské kostely. In 1943, the Karolínský Cycle was published, in the following years Svatovítský, Týnský, Svatojiřský, Mikulášský and Jakubský Cycles. Condition A/B. Slightly worn, II. Sheet has a c. 7 mm tearing.
