Title page with color woodcut border, front end sheet and title page with a purple stamp painted over. Front end sheet with handwritten text and date 1833, loose sheet with two handwritten songs. Some pages wrinkled, torn or loose, formerly restored. Handwritten index, then 4 blind pages. Back end sheet signed Jam Bechný with date 1881. Text accompanied by sheet music.
