The Czechoslovak Government awarded with this medal for the reconstruction and completion of the National Theater. Averse: buildings of the National Theatre, dates 1883 and 1983. Reverse: sculpture from the roof of the Nation Theatre, date 18. 11. 1983 and inscription ZA ZÁSLUHY O REKONSTRUKCI A DOSTAVBU. Condition B.
