Ladies open case pocket watch, gold case decorated with color enamels and set with diamonds in silver applied mount. Total (gross) weight 44,73 g, Ø 3,5 cm. White enamel dial with black Roman numerals for hours and Arabic numerals for minutes, two pierced hands and winding hole, marked by manufacturer: "Romilly A PARIS". Verge escapement, pierced balance cock, gilded brass, silver regulator disk, marked "Berthoud Paris". Condition restored. Working, tin soldered to the outside of the case..
