SAINT SCHOLASTICA

Central Europe, 17th / 18th century
Standing Saint in Benedictine robe. Wood, remnants of polychromy, h. 64 cm including low octagonal plinth. Condition restored. Crack on the right side, traces of wood-worm, missing part of the left hand and small pieces of the robe. Equipped with NPÚ certificate (National Heritage Board) for permanent export, NPÚ Brno 2020.
