China, Qing Dynasty, late 19th century
Antique Chinese table, wood and marble. Made of heavy hongmu wood, features highly decorative pierced details on the sides, floral carvings and a beautiful marble surface (which, in contrast to modern imitations, gives the table a charming, solid, and authentically genuine appearance). It is in very good condition and stable. Height c. 46 cm, top diameter c. 40 cm. The weight of the table is around 8 kg.
