SAINT ROCH

Folk wood carving of a saint, the patron saint of the plague, in a pilgrim`s robe with a cloak, hat and staff, with a rosary and a scallop shell hanging from his waist, pointing to it with his right hand. At the feet of the saint, on a higher cubic plinth, lies a dog. H. 34,5 cm. Condition C. Cracks in wood, remnants of monochrome surface cover.
