Book format 8°, 21,8x16,3 cm. 251, 303, 328 and 312 numbered pages, in Czech, translated by Hugo Kosterka. Title pages printed in black. Illustrations (original woodcuts) by Quido Mánes (boook I and II) and Karel Purkyně (book III and IV). Issued by Vydavatelstvo Družstevní práce in Prague in 1924 in 2400 copies. Hard semi-leather (pork skin) custom bindings with marbled paper, spine with 6 raised bands, gilded décor and label with gold letters, marked with a stamp of Jan Rajman from Rožďalovice 1931, covers bound inside. Slightly worn bindings, first volume with book block in very good condition, second slightly stained.
