Title page printed in black. Loose sheets in a paper cover. Frontispiece with portrait of the writer, illustrations and cover (woodcuts - some two-color) by Jiří Šindler. Printed by Jaroslav Picka in Prague as the only dedication copy - `proof print` (indicated in the colophon) in 1952. Very good condition, only slightly worn spine, one uncut sheet. Jakub Deml: Moji přátelé. Book format 12°, 17,5x11 cm. 47 numbered pages on handmade paper, in Czech. Title page printed in black. Loose sheets in a paper cover. Frontispiece (color etching), cover, initials and imprint by Pavel Šimon, hand coloured. Printed by Jaroslav Picka in Prague as the only copy - `proof print` (indicated in the colophon) for the author in 1952. Very good condition, only several tiny spots and slightly creased edges of the cover.
