Issued by Jan Günther in Prostějov in 1553. 1st edition. Newer binding, undivided book block, slightly browned paper, spots, slightly soiled, some sheets restored, slightly affected by insects, underlined passages of text in ink, wrong paging p. LII (as XLIX). The third page of the index is missing at the end of the book.
