CUP WITH SAUCER

Bell-shaped cup on a low foot, with a delicate bent handle and a saucer, white porcelain decorated with a purple background, color painted views of coastal landscapes with architecture and staffage in cartouches, on the bottom of the cup a grisaille view in purple tones, gilded borders and handle. H. of cup 4,3 cm, diameter of saucer 13 cm. Blue underglaze "Schwertermarken" (Knaufzeit), impressed no. "30" (cup), or "28" (saucer), engraved no. "B121". Condition restored. Restaured saucer. Provenance: private collection, Bavaria.
