Decorative sculpture of the devil from the legend of Doctor Faustus, white porcelain, painted in cool tones under the glaze, low rectangular plinth. H. 24 cm. Green printed underglaze mark "Ens" and 2 impressed "E". Condition B. Minorly restored chin; tiny chip on the tip of the feather on the hat. Provenance: private collection, Bavaria.
