Book format 4°, 31,7x20 cm. 195 sheets (missing title sheet and last sheet with date and publisher`s signet), 773 numbered columns (wrong numbering in places), in Green, Latin. Initial at the beginning of the text. Hardcover full-leather binding, spine with 5 raised bands, gold letters and décor, endpaper with marbled paper. Issued by Aldus Manutius and Andrea Torresano in Venice in 1514. The binding shows signs of use: scuffed, scratched, with rounded corners and slightly torn spine. The book block is in very good condition, only missing the title and the last page. The first page and the edges of others are slightly browned or worn, with a few bent corners.
