Cover, frontispiece and 5 other illustrations (mixed media) by Josef Istler, each signed in pencil. Issued by Supraphon in Prague in 1986 in 250 numbered copies on handmade paper from Velké Losiny, copy no. 116. Blind stamp of Lyra Pragensis in colophon. Perfect condition of book block, slightly torn upper part of the cover of the spine.
