CUP AND SAUCER

Bohemia, Schlaggenwald, Lippert & Haas, 1842
Bell-shaped cup on higher decorative foot, with a slightly elevated volute handle in second Rococo style, white porcelain with relief decoration, light green ground, rich ornamental and floral gilded ornamentation, and colorful accents in green and pink. Together with: a deeper saucer of different origin and decoration, adorned with a vibrant overglaze painting of grass with small flowers, gilded borders, star-shaped motif in the center. H. of cup 8,5 cm, diameter of saucer 14,6 cm. Embossed mark "S", date and no. "30" (cup), hard-to-read shield mark, date and pink brush mark (Vienna?). Condition A.
