SABRE MODEL 24

Czechoslovakia / Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, 1924/1939
Sabre Model 24. The blade is marked on the left side with the manufacturer`s mark "Wlaslovits Štós" and on the right side with the service mark "H (Lion - acceptance mark) 24." Guard with three bars, decorated on the protective arch with linden branches and a smaller coat of arms of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia – a lion without a central shield. Handle, made of beech wood, covered in fish skin and wrapped with twisted wire. Metal scabbard with two rings for attaching the weapon to a hanger. Gold portepee from the period of the Protectorate. Total length 100 cm, blade length 84 cm. Condition B.
