Published by Supraphon in Prague in 1975 as the 4th volume of the bibliophile edition Polyhymnia, 15th volume of the Lyra Pragensis edition, in a print run of 400 numbered copies on handmade paper from Velké Losiny, this copy is number "140/160." Blind stamp of Lyra Pragensis under the colophon. Slightly yellowed edges, mostly on the cover, otherwise good condition. Provenance: Galerie Maldoror.
