Standing foal on a low rectangular base imitating terrain, white porcelain, painted in brown-gray and green tones under the glaze, model no. 1526, height 18 cm, marked Kunstabteilung Selb, 1934–1956. Green underglaze printed marks: "Rosenthal Bavaria" / "Rosenthal GERMANY KUNSTABTEILUNG SELB Handgemalt", impressed designer’s signature, model no. "196", black painter’s brush mark. Condition A.
