Preissig: 1 color and 2 black-and-white woodcuts, title page, initials, vignette, typography. Original soft full-leather publisher’s binding (suede) with embossed title, gilt top edge, silk inlay on the pastedown. Bound by B. Fischer (not stated). Published by Spolek českých bibliofilů in Prague in 1909 as its 2nd book, printed on special handmade Van Gelder Zonen paper with a commemorative watermark "Bezruč" (on the title page), in an edition of 500 copies, copy no. 57.
