Book format 8°, 25.5 × 17 cm. 39 numbered pages, in Czech, translated by Dr. Otakar Klíma. Title page printed in red and black. Decorated with 6 colour gravure prints in combined techniques, all signed and dated "Oldřich Kulhánek 84" – except for the motif from the original cover, mounted on the flyleaf. Full artistic leather binding with coloured and gilt decoration, spine with gilt lettering, protective jacket, cardboard slipcase. Binding executed by Jiří Fogl and Pavlína Rambová in Žamberk (blind-stamped on the rear pastedown). On the front pastedown stamped "SBÍRKA J. KAČER". Published by Supraphon as the 113th volume in the Lyra Pragensis series (blind-stamp under the colophon) and as the 37th volume of the bibliophile series Polyhymnia in an edition of 200 copies on handmade paper from Velké Losiny. This copy is numbered 43/200. Very good condition.
