Full cloth artistic binding with embossed lettering, dust jacket with cut-out design, and an additional cover made of heavyweight paper. Published by Teapot in 2016 as the 3rd volume of the bibliophile series Bonaventura in an edition of 150 numbered and signed copies bound in cloth, printed on Splendorgel paper with a dust jacket made from Materica paper by the Italian papermill Fedrigoni; this copy bears no. 113.
