Rectangular calling-card tray with a broad wavy rim, the centre painted with a portrait of the French queen after the famous 1783 painting by Élisabeth Vigée Le Brun, housed in the Palace of Versailles. Polychrome enamels on copper, partly in low relief, with gilded details. 15.5×12.5 cm. Unmarked. Condition C.
