Oil on canvas, 60×43 cm (92×63 cm), unsigned. The Sorrowful Virgin is shown frontally in half-length, her head turned in three-quarter profile, inclined toward the shoulder, her gaze directed downward. Gilded Neo-Baroque frame with an openwork cartouche featuring a grille motif at the top; glazed. Condition C. Craquelure, paint flaking in places..
