KNIFE IN A SHEATH

Italy, Corsica around 1850
Sharply pointed, asymmetrically ground steel blade. Faceted handle decorated with mother-of-pearl. Sheath covered with snakeskin. All with silver mounts (“Vendetta”). Overall length 27 cm, blade length 17 cm. Condition A/B. Traces of corrosion on the blade.
