RISEN CHRIST

Central Europe, late 18th century
The Risen Christ standing on a tall profiled base, dressed in a loincloth and a red cloak; carved wood, polychromy, gilding; base: partly gilded and black-painted wood, H. 47.5 cm, W. 11 cm, D. 13 cm, fitted with a hanger. Condition C. Woodworm damage, cracks on the base and right leg, broken-off fingers and missing attribute of the left hand (banner). Provenance: from the collection of PhDr. Miroslav Boček (1915–2005). Export certificate by the National Heritage Institute Brno 2026.
