A sabre for Hungarian officials. A markedly curved single-edged blade with a fuller on each side, decorated with etching featuring a motif of weapons and plant leaves. Guard cast in bronze, decorated on both sides with the medium coat of arms of Austria-Hungary. Grip scales of mother-of-pearl. Pommel cast in bronze in the form of a lion`s head. Wooden scabbard covered with black leather with bronze furniture, richly decorated with a floral motif, with two rings for suspending the weapon. Blade length 79 cm. Overall length 94 cm.
