MAQUETTE FOR THE POSTER SPALOVAČ MRTVOL

circa 1989-1990
Hand-executed original artist`s maquette, serving as the master for printing the film poster for the revival premiere of the cult Czechoslovak film The Cremator (Spalovač mrtvol). Combined brush and spray technique, 59.8x41.8 cm. Signed at the upper right margin "©VLACH". Verso, stamp "APPROVED BY THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE OF THE CZECH SOCIALIST REPUBLIC" and approval number. Stamps, signature and approval dates: Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Czech Film and Television Union. Slightly worn edges, very good condition.
