Sturdy pasteboard binding, spine with 3 raised bands and manuscript paper labels. Printed by Jan Václav Helm in the Old Town of Prague in 1718.
Principal author and presiding officer (Praeses): Bernhard Heinrich von Germeten devised the legal content of the text. Defending student (Disputant): Adalbert von Höpfflingen & Bergendorff published the book at his own expense on completing his studies and publicly defended the theses. Jan František Löw von Erlsfeld (1648–1725), the then prominent rector of the university and senior of both the medical and law faculties, guaranteed the academic regularity of the print.
