Edition of Torah for the swearing of the people of the Jewish faith in civil courts in Austria-Hungary, issue number 98. With an accompanying letter in German explaining and approving swearing on the script - the text describes the place where to lay a finger, otherwise touching the letters of the Torah by hand is not allowed. Letter was written in Prague in 1821, signed by Rabbi Eleasar Flakeles. Signed also by Censor Carolus Fischer.
