Gold pair cases decorated with repoussé technique depicting a mythological scene in Rococo style. Total (gross) weight including case 110,07 g, watch 78,63 g, Ø 4 cm (case 4,8 cm). Extraordinarily well-preserved guilloché enamel gold dial with embossed Arabic numerals on matte surface, two hands. Dial and hands were probably made later (around 1800). Verge escapement, square baluster pillars, pierced plate and balance cock, marked: "R. Welldon LONDON 2434". High quality work. Apocryphal British hallmarks. Condition A. Working. Including key..
