TWO BIEDERMEIER FLACONS

Bohemia, probably Adolfov near Vimperk, Meyr`s Neffe, 1840`s
Flacon of white alabaster glass, mold blown and cut, faceted into octahedron, flattened body with wide neck, collar with six-leaf stopper, fine opaque enamel and gold painting in Rococo revival style with motifs of colorful flowers and vine leaves. Bell-shaped faceted flacon with widened sex-leaf base and collar neck, green glass, mold blown and cut, stopper in similar shape as flacon, bottom star and diamond cuts. H. 12,5 cm. Green flacon marked with inventory numbers and labels. Condition A-C. Broken top of the stopper. / Chips on stopper, neck and base.
