Porcelain box on higher foot, bulging lid topped with a finial in shape of rose hips. H. 14,5 cm, Ø of bottom 8,3 cm. Bottom numbered „12076“, printed overglaze mark „ROYAL DUX BOHEMIA atelier / designed by Š. Radová“, ceramic label „ROYAL DUX BOHEMIA“, acorn and letter „D“. Few tiny chips on the rim of the lid.
