Loose sheets in hard cloth cover with gold embossed emblem of the edition and paper flaps. Issued by Supraphon in Prague in 1973 in edition Lyra Pragensis. 150 numbered copies on paper from Freiberger Papierfabrik. Copy no. 36. One bent corner (+ one on cover), one tiny spot, slightly dirty cover, otherwise excellent condition.
