BIEDERMEIER PILLAR CLOCK

Austria 1830 - 1850
Quarter-chiming clock with two pillars made of black lacquered wood with a dial made of engraved brass plate. Beneath the top cornice, there is a convexly curved glass panel covering a "garden" with textile flowers. 61x38x16 cm. Condition corresponding to the age. Missing small alabater applied decorations from the top and sides, otherwise complete, with key and pendulum, movement unknown.
