Large baluster-shaped floor vase, white porcelain adorned with colorful overglaze painting of a bouquet of delphiniums and primroses and a trio of butterflies (Vanessa cardui, blue butterfly..) on the opposite side, gilded borders on the neck and base. Painting in the style of Julius Eduard Braunsdorf.
H. 50 cm.
Blue underglaze "Schwertermarke" (Knaufzeit) with two scratches, engraved model no. "O 160".
Condition restored.
Repair and minor manufacturing defect on foot. Provenance: private collection, Bavaria.
