DECORATIVE CARTOUCHE WITH ANGEL`S HEAD

An exceptionally high-quality example of Italian Mannerist carving work. Carved in lime wood with volutes on the sides and a small-headed long-haired angel in the center of the cartouche. Fully decorated with gilding, 44x31 cm. Condition corresponding to the age. Very well preserved. Provenance: private collection, München.
