Parchment, 37 × 23.4 cm, written in German Kurrent script, with a municipal wax seal attached on a fold in a turned wooden case. Deed of sale for a field ("Feld zu Bühl") between the burgher of Bergheim Jacob Seÿller, his wife Barbara Wandling, and Mr. Theobald Schmitt. The purchase price was "100 livrei tournoir" and 1 "Fiertel Weitzen" (quarter of wheat). Condition corresponding to the age.
