João de Mascarenhas); headpieces, vignettes. Contemporary full calf binding with gilt decoration and paper label on the spine. Published by Typografia Rollandiana in Lisbon in 1786 with permission of the Royal Council. Some stains, edges of the first few leaves browned and thumbed, pen sketches, binding slightly loosened in two places, otherwise in good condition.
