Book format 8°, 22.2 × 14 cm. 675, 749, 941 and 927 numbered pp., in Czech, translated by Jaroslav and Růžena Poch, illustrated by Edouard Zier and Maurice Leloire. Title pages printed in black and red. Contemporary half-vellum binding, spine in white vellum with inlaid leather labels gilt-tooled, boards covered with marbled paper. Card slipcase common to all four volumes. On rear pastedown stamped "K DUDEŠEK". Published by Melantrich in Prague in 1951 as its 1st edition. Very good condition, partly unopened sheets, only 3 leaves slightly torn at the lower margin ca. 1–2 cm and one of them creased.
