Published for Christmas 1925 by Dr. Ot. Štorch-Marien in Prague as vol. 119 of his Aventinum series. Signed by the author on the half-title. Wrappers partially detached from the text block, edges slightly frayed and soiled, lower margins of several leaves creased and stained, otherwise in good condition. J. Čapek: Lelio a Pro delfína. Book format 8°, 19 × 12 cm. 123 numbered pp., in Czech. Title double-page printed in black. Original soft sewn binding in wrappers. Published by Dr. Ot. Štorch-Marien in Prague in autumn 1929 as vol. 104 of the Aventinum series and vol. IV of the Works of the Čapek Brothers. The first 25 copies were printed on Holland paper, numbered and signed by the author; this copy is no. 11. 3rd edition. Wrappers’ edges slightly frayed and soiled, likewise the leaf margins, overall in good condition.
