Large pear-shaped ceramic vase with a slightly waisted wide neck, cream-glazed and decorated underglaze with delicate pastel painting of figures in folk costume, with scalloped borders below the rim and beneath the figural band. H. 34 cm. Brush-painted mark to the base of a small house with the letters “BK” and the painter’s initial. Condition A/B. Craquelure to the glaze.
