TEA CADDY

Probably Austria, Vienna, 19th century
Tea caddy of square form with rounded shoulders and a short neck fitted with a lid having a pine-cone finial. White porcelain, brightly painted on the glaze with floral decoration, with gilded lines and borders. H. 17 cm. Blue "Bindenschild" and brush mark "51". Condition restored. Neck with minor restoration.
